All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. Creston Tickets does not provide refunds or exchanges on behalf of organizers.

Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time specified. Entry may be subject to venue policies and capacity limits.

Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced.

By purchasing tickets, you agree to receive occasional marketing and informational emails from Creston Tickets and affiliated event organizers.

You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails.

Creston Tickets may collect and store your personal information (such as name, email, phone number, and payment details) for the purpose of processing orders and facilitating event entry.

Your data will never be sold to third parties.

Data may be shared with event organizers solely for the purpose of managing the event you purchased tickets for.

In the case of postponement, cancellation, or material changes to an event, any remedy (such as refunds or exchanges) will be determined by the event organizer.
